If for any reason you are not 100% happy when you receive your item(s) we can offer a full refund if returned, unused, within 45 days. An item can also be returned to be exchanged for other item(s) if unused within 45 days. ie; if the wrong the item(s) is bought as a present etc. In this situation any difference in cost should be paid (if a higher amount) or we will issue a refund for the difference (if a lower amount) and the new postage paid for before goods are dispatched. |
