Future Aims

DD Hammocks aim to continually take steps to improve how we opperate from a sustainability perspective as well as ensuring the workplace is always comfortable from an employee perspective.

We made plans for some big steps on the carbon neutral side of things in 2019 to try to have in place within a couple of years but due to covid distruption, unforeseen family commitments and some considerable changes from the company we hoped to work with things have not materialised quite as we'd hoped by the end of 2021.

Writing this now at the end of 2021 we have put in place a system where we can continue to make improvements on an ongoing basis that is easier to manage and involves all members of the DD team.   

We have created an improvements board online for all DD staff to add points they feel we can improve on. 

Together we'll research and work on ways to improve each point to make the business as sustainable as we possibly can.  

We are always open to suggestions from our customers to improvements they / you'd like to see from a sustainability front.
