This time me and my 9 year old son headed out to a new spot, just on the edge of a small woodland in North Norfolk. We tried out the DD Tarp XL, from ‪DD Hammocks‬ , pitching it tent-style to see how it holds up for a bit of extra space. For dinner we made Big Mac tacos over the fire, carved a pumpkin before bed, and in the morning cooked up some fresh bread dough (Outdoor boys style!) just butter and honey on top. This really was a perfect Autumn camp! If you like wild camping, camping with kids, or just watching a quiet night in the woods with some campfire cooking, you’ll enjoy this one.
