Amsteel (Dyneema cord) in black colour is incredibly lightweight and extremely strong.

It is great for a range of camping purposes but most widely used for whoopie slings (a super light suspension system for hammocks).

We stock pre-made whoopie slings but if you are interested in making your own or would like amsteel for another purpose it is possible to buy it by the metre here.

The rope is as strong as wire but much lighter. It is also very abrasion resistant.
